Weekend Cooking: Congee

Plain congee
+ cauliflower stir-fried with Shan keema curry mix
+ lemongrass chili tofu purchased from grocery store

Dessert = pieces of creamy soft pear + 2 pieces of Cote D'Or brut 86% cacao
