Weekend Cooking: Fried Noodles

A quick and easy weekend meal with planned leftovers for weekday lunches.

Egg noodles
+ bok choi
+ Thai fish cakes [includes Thai curry paste, garlic and chili]
+ tofu pockets
flavoured with oyster sauce, dark soy and fish sauce.

All ingredients from the global marketplace via my local Asian grocery store.
