Michel Cluizel Noir Infini 99%My one souvenir from a summer trip to Quebec City, this is a tiny 30g bar wrapped in very elegant black and gold paper. First impression: very, very bitter even for someone with a less than sweet tooth. Much smoother than expected and smoother even than some dark chocolate bars with lower cacao percentages. Good news - this bar grows on you and with training I can now eat this without drinking water or eating fruit after this. Bad news - it's taken me over 6 months to eat even half this bar.
