Kueh bang kit

These tiny thumb-nail size tapioca cookies are a Chinese New Year standard but are apparently available all year round now. These particular ones were hand carried by my mother all the way from Singapore. These are the standard flower shape but they are often also made in the form of fishes and other animals. These were a little too hard and crispy. Ideal tecture is softer and melts in your mouth.
