Large pieces of shiitake contribute to the strong mushroom flavour of this 63.8% cacao bar. Other ingredients include natural vanilla, white truffle oil and cacao nibs. Not too many of the latter, creating a smooth, fine bar. Fantastic for mushroom lovers, and preferable to the Zotter date shiitake bar in that the natural mushroom flavour is left untouched. "Handmade in Austria" according to the package, this looks as lovely as it tastes. Definitely a find.
