Coppeneur Ylang Ylang chocolate

I was intrigued by this bar as ylang ylang is much for familiar to me as a perfume ingredient, rather than in chocolate. This 72% cacao bar is filled with a smooth ganache containing 0.01% ylang ylang oil. It's certainly fragrant and smooth, but not particularly spicy or sharp as the wrapper says. Rather disappointing as I was expecting something a bit sharper, whereas this seems slightly floral. Interesting but definitely more interesting choices from Coppeneur.
