Lime yoghurt muffins

Another venture into baking using Babe in the City's Citrus Yoghurt muffin recipe. Unlike hers mine browned nicely but insides are very light. Adapted by omitting the zest as I didn't have any, and substituting Yoplait Key Lime yoghurt for the plain. Scrumptious with a very light, fluffy texture and strong lime flavour. Yoghurt is excellent on its own too.
