My first attempt at baking biscotti using this very well-rated
Allrecipes.com recipe turned out extremely well. They definitely look very pretty and are delicious. The salted pistachios ensure these are not the usual super sweet biscotti. I think I misinterpreted the shaping and cutting instructions though, so didn't get the traditional long sticks. I'll also need to either use a spoon or find some other way of dealing with the super sticky dough.
