More Hotel Chocolat truffles

These espresso truffles were probably the most enjoyable truffles from Hotel Chocolat purchased. Strong coffee flavour in the ganache enhanced by the coffee bean flakes scattered on the outside.
Boozy truffles were just that. Very strong alcohol flavour. Not being super-familiar with different drinks, unfortunately I couldn't tell the difference between them. Probably best appreciated by someone who can.
