TNT #12: Chive "box"

The only one of my four chive "boxes" that came out looking and tasting halfway decent. Using this recipe from Nibbledish for the wrapper, mine came out overly tough and chewy, possibly as a result of being overworked or adding too much flour to make the dough easier to handle. This one had the moistest and thinnest wrapper. The filling of bean threads, pork, chives and egg with sesame oil and salt was surprisingly tasty and the remainder made a good weekday lunch. I'll be reprising the filling at least.
