NSW: Day 1

Time to reprise the no-spend week.

Breakfast: Radish cake, hard-boiled egg, orange and coffee.
Lunch: Congee with chicken, mushrooms, spring onions and cilantro.
Dinner: Quiche with onions, brocolli and tofu.

Snacks: KitKats, pistachios, apple, chocolate, walnut and banana muffin.
