NSW: Day 3

Breakfast: toast with Vegemite and hardboiled egg, coffee, apricot
Lunch: whole wheat pasta with broccoli and chicken (marinated in lime, fish sauce and pepper)
Dinner: Quiche with broccoli, mushrooms and silken tofu. Silken tofu makes a great quiche...so smooth and creamy.

Snacks: coffee, tea, fruit, brownie.
