Weekend Baking: Tea loaf (TNT #20)

My first taste of this intriguing tea loaf (also known as bara brith). A very wet dough with very little flour. Used a dreif fruit mix of apples, apricots, peaches, pears and raisins. Vey moist and yummy. Used this recipe from MSE Forums, without the spices and with brown sugar and white whole wheat flour instead, but there many similar recipes out there. Definitely a keeper.
