Snacks: coffee, chocolate, cardamom yoghurt muffins, fish kropok, cheese and crackers
Tuesday, September 8: Day 2
Breakfast: coffee, toast with hard-boiled egg
Lunch: fried noodles with prawns, fried tofu, onions, green peppers
Dinner: whole wheat pita with pastrami and cucumber
Snacks: coffee, Turkish delight, almonds, chocolate-covered coffee beans, Chex Mix snack mix, lychees
Wednesday, September 9: Day 3
Breakfast: coffee, toast with hard-boiled egg, peach
Lunch: potatoes with Thai fish cakes and zucchini
Dinner: curry with pork, tofu, zucchini, pineapple and rambutan
Snacks: coffee, almonds, chocolate-covered coffee beans, peach, fish kropok, tea, cardamom muffin with mango jam (yum!)
Thursday, September 10: Day 4
Breakfast: coffee, toast with Vegemite and hard-boiled egg, peach
Lunch: potatoes with chicken sausage and zucchini
Dinner: whole wheat English muffin with Morningstar patty
Snacks: candy, coffee, orange, peach, HobNob
Friday, September 11: Day 5
Breakfast: coffee, toast with hard-boiled egg, apricot
Lunch: whole wheat English muffin with Morningstar patty
Dinner: noodles with fried tofu and greens
Snacks: coffee, ice-cream, HobNob, almonds
Saturday, September 12: Day 6
Breakfast: coffee, toast with peanut butter, peach
Lunch: bean thread noodle soup with fish balls, mushroom, green onions
Dinner: whole wheat pita pizza with onions, mushrooms, chicken sausage
Snacks: coffee, tea, fish kropok, blackberry muffin, HobNob, icecream
