Breakfast: coffee, toast with peanut butter, grapes
Lunch: mahi-mahi congee with romaine
Dinner: pan-fried mahi-mahi with potatoes, peas and curried cauli and beans. Vanilla ice-cream.
Snacks: coffee, fish kropok, cardamom muffin, tea, apple, grapes
Spent: $5.98 on eggs and apples from the last farmer's market of the year
Day 3: Monday, Oct 26, 2009
Breakfast: coffee, apple, toast with hardboiled egg and Swiss cheese
Lunch: pita with roast beef, cheese and cucumber, orange. Key lime yogurt.
Dinner: rice and curry with fried tofu, cauli and beans. Vanilla ice-cream
Snacks: coffee, dried peach, apple, fish kropok, honey vanilla tea, zucchini walnut muffins x 3 (!)
Day 4: Tuesday, Oct 27, 2009
Breakfast: coffee, orange, toast with hardboiled egg and Swiss cheese
Lunch: pita with cheese and cucumber, tabouli with hardboiled egg, Munchos
Dinner: rice and curry with fried tofu, cauli and beans.
Snacks: orange, apple, coffee, tea, zucchini walnut muffin
More shopping but I am justifying it by the necessity for stocking up, which is of course the way I got into this mess in the first place.
Spent: $9.98 on 2lb prawns
Day 5: Wednesday, Oct 28, 2009
Breakfast: coffee, hardboiled egg, apple, zucchini walnut muffin
Lunch: pita with roast beef, cucumber and cheese. Apple, orange. Honey vanilla yoghurt.
Dinner: bulgar and curry with fried tofu, shrimp, cauli and beans. Vanilla ice -cream with peanuts.
Snacks: coffee, dried peach, zucchini walnut muffin, tea
Day 6: Thursday, Oct 29, 2009
Breakfast: coffee, apple, orange, zucchini walnut muffin
Lunch: tabouli with hardboiled eggs, key lime yoghurt, apple, Special K protein bar (feeling faint)
Dinner: pita pizza with mushrooms and cheese, apple, ic-cream with peanuts
Snacks: tea, coffee, tapioca biscuits, fish kropok, crackers with Swiss cheese
Day 7: Friday, Oct 30, 2009
Have to officially declare this NSW a failure in the spending area. But I guess it's all for food for storage, and not stuff to eat right now. Must stop shopping recreationally or for "bargains".
