
I've had my eye on these bars for a long time. Made in mini-loaf tins, they were super crunchy on top, but way too sweet for my taste despite reducing the sugar. Next time I'll stick to either raisins or chocolate, not both.

Substitutions: oil for butter, crunchy peanut butter instead of natural peanut butter, omitted the vanilla as I ran out; reduced sugar by a third
