Weekend Baking: Sheila's Savoury Oat Slices

One of the few recipes I've found for baked oats/oatmeal that is savoury rather than sweet and not including honey. These turned out to be very crispy and dense. Very filling and great for traveling, pack ups and to keep at work. Came out beautifully in mini-loaf tins.
