Busy day, odd dinner

A later than usual departure from work and a trip to Kroger (my local chain grocery store) to pick up some fruit led to a quick dinner:

Mama brand instant noodles green tea tom yum flavour with soft tofu and garnished with fried shallots. This is one of the few instant noodles I eat, these have 0.71% green tea and are a pretty green colour. The flavouring is both spicy hot and sour. Delicious!

+ half a mango, my favourite fruit
+ 1 cup Twinings Earl Grey
