Weekend Cooking: Homemade wontons


Homemade wontons (mushrooms, ground chicken and soy sauce in bought wonton skins) with choysum and a ponzu/soy dipping sauce. Sadly these wontons were pretty bland. Without the mushrooms there would have been no flavour at all. Skins were a little too thick as well, and the pre-ground chicken was too tightly packed and hence too dense.
