Inspired by a lingering tub of kimchi in my refridgerator, this amalgam of recipes from the web (kimchi, pork, flour, sesame oil, water, egg and scallions) had a great kimchi flavour but was surprisingly bland and rubbery. I suspect more scallions, onions and kimchi and using rice flour would remedy these flaws.
