Weekend Baking: Chocolate Olive Oil Cookies

Using a recipe from Nook & Pantry, I made this as a possible contribution to a holiday party, but didn't end up taking them. They had a great fruity flavour from the olive oil and moist texture when just out of the oven, but became powdery, dry and rather bland when cool. Warmed for a few seconds in the microwave, they revert to their original flavour. I used a Godiva 85% cacao bar and instant coffee. A very easy recipe though the dough was worryingly crumbly and dry after chilling, but they were very moist when baked.
