This is really helping me use up all the leftover bits and pieces lying in my pantry and fridge. I'll be tracking these every day in italics.
I'm also really struggling with the desire to go shopping, especially as there are some great produce specials at Kroger and Meijer this week. I'm really surprised by how addicted I am to grocery shopping. In contrast spending large sums of money on (much-needed) electronics doesn't have the same thrill at all.
Breakfast: coffee, toasted whole wheat chapati with cheese, fruit.
Lunch: whole wheat pita with hummus, roast beef and cucumber.
Dinner: dumplings with napa and tofu fish cakes.
Snacks: candy, biscotti, fruit
