NSW: Day 1

Another attempt at a No Spend Week as I leave for Chicago on July 10.

Breakfast: toast with hard-boiled egg, coffee, fruit.

Lunch: broccoli, whole wheat pasta with Thai sweet basil paste and Thai fish cakes.

Dinner: tortilla chips with tomato, peach, onion and cheese "salsa".

Snacks: Jaffa cakes, ice-cream, nuts, fruit, honey vanilla agar, tea, coffee.
