TNT #21: Chocolate chip cookies

My first attempt at baking chocolate chip cookies using this Holiday Cranberry Chocolate Chunk Cookies (with Olive Oil) recipe from Cookie Madness. I omitted the pecans and substituted canola oil. I've been looking for a cookie recipe using oil for a while, and this looked interesting. Will repeat for the convenience. Surprisingly soft the next day. I think I finally understand what is meant by a cakey cookie.
