Weekend Baking: Cream Cheese Chocolate Brownies

A surfeit of labneh meant a search for a recipe to use it up. This Joy of Baking recipe for a dense, fudgy brownie seemed to offer an alternative to the cakey brownies from previous brownie baking attempts. I used the rest of the Godiva almond bar, added some instant coffee, and lowered the sugar content. A tad overbaked leading to a distinct three-layer brownie with a crisp, biscuity base, dense fudgey centre and creamy topping.
