
Other meal was another pseudo-meat attempt at dumplings stuffed with fake meat and chives. What can I say? I ran out of mince and am trying to avoid spending except for necessities until the end of the year. Actually the filling was fine, but the skin had lost any crispiness it had from the frying once water got dumped on them to cook the rest of the dumpling. I have more filling and skins to experiment with so deep frying might be next on the agenda.
