Eating Out: Prime Rib Pot Pie

A freezing cold but sunny day took me to a local spot to savor some pot pie and hot tea. Perfect light flaky puff pastry encased meat with more vegetables than expected. I was surprised to be offered Harney and Sons tea. The Paris blend is black tea with currant, caramel and citrus. Very soothing, especially when drunk while sitting in the sun looking out the window onto a snow-filled parking lot.
