Schoc Lemon and Cracked Pepper

Just returned from Seattle where I found this Chocolate Therapy Lemon and Cracked Pepper chocolate bar. I've been wanting to try something from this new chocolate producer from my native New Zealand for a while, and was excited to stumble upon this handmade chocolate bar at The Confectional at Pike Place Market. Their site lists a few unusual bars (gold and myrrh?), but I chose a more common flavour. Containing lemon oil and dried lemon this bar had an excellent, strong clear lemon flavour that was matched by the black pepper. 53% cacao so not intensely dark. Definitely one of my favourite bars so far. Too bad I'll probably never be able to find another bar. I like the label design too, but the plastic wrapped paper envelope held together with the sticker is a little flimsy.
