Chocovic Ocumare
One of this Spanish manufacturer's single origin bars of criollo cocoa from Venezuela, this 71% cocoa bar is smooth and almost floral with a smokey undertone. This is widely available at Trader Joe's and would be one of my favourite everyday chocolates.
