Lindt white chocolate coconut bar

Not overly sweet. Smooth and milky.

Lindt Orange-Thymian Phantasie

Lindt's Orange-Thymian Phantasie is part of its Chocolat Provence range, not apparently available in the US. String citrus flavour in a smooth and sweet dark chocolate (60% cacao) shell. Not much thyme flavour but not sure I'd recognize it if I tasted it.

Lindt Blueberry Lavender

My tastes seem to have changed, and I'm attracted to sweeter chocolate now. This recent acquisition was a 70% cacao bar with a sweet liquid filling of blueberry and lavender. The blueberry dominated the filling and lavendar was not discernable, at least to my palate. Very moreish but also very sweet. As with all Lindt bars, very smooth and glossy.

Lindt Noir Noisettes

This very smooth 72% cacao bar is one of the richer, darker hazelnut bars I've tried. Somehow I think a creamier milk chocolate is a better match for the hazelnuts.
